Notice to MiFi Customers Regarding Overdue Accounts
This is a reminder to all our MiFi Customers to please keep current on your monthly MiFi bill.
To date, 15 customers have been unfortunately disconnected from service due to payments being overdue. Failure to address your outstanding bill, may lead to your bill sent to a collection agency.
Going forward, a maximum 30 days will be granted for the bill upon being received, anyone who does not pay will be subject to disconnection.
Customers who are disconnected and resolve their overdue balance pay, will be reconnected as soon as payment is received.
