Project Manager (Fisher River Building Supplies) – Full Time Opportunity
The Project Manager will manage the planning, resourcing, scheduling and administration of projects to deliver them on time and within budget.
Job Duties
Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
Solving any issues that may arise during the project
Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
The Project Manager will report to the General Manager
Qualifications
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Degree in Business or 3 years’ experience in related field
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
Familiarity with software, project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Advanced analytical and time management skills
Budget management experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and work well under pressure
Management and leadership skills
Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent punctuality and work ethic
Able to lead and motivate others
Work Conditions
May be required to work alone, in office or on site
Fast paced and may require working extended hours or weekends to meet deadlines
Must be physically capable of working in extreme elements and able to lift 50 lbs
